Reading good books Sporting History Sam started cycling at the age of 4, for fun, became competitive at 11. He has also competed in triathlons, cross country, touch football, basketball and tennis. Sam represented Tamworth in Basketball and won many local and regional cross country events. Sam won his first national title in 2006 and his second in 2007. He has also raced internationally with the real Aussie Kids Cycling Team.
